After decades of research and development, we've created a patented wax, AromaWax®, that burns cleaner and more effectively than paraffin, soy, and palm wax. Because it’s cool and different! Unlike any other wax, the remarkable crystalline structure of our exclusive AromaWax® provides more surface area with each mound for maximum permeation. The chemistry within the wax allows for the aromatic nuances to be completely emitted whether lit or not, immersing you in a complex, flavorful experience. We don't use blends. We don't use paraffin, soy, coconut oil, or any of your traditional wax ingredients. We use RSPO palm fruit oil in a special pouring process. We not only ensure our ingredients are responsibly sourced and regularly monitored, we also use significantly less processing than the other conventional waxes which allows us to make the cleanest burning candle on Earth.

Besides the fact that no other candle in the world has AromaWax® in it, our candles take 4 times longer to make than traditional candles. Our candles are made in Knoxville, Tennessee USA.

When storing for extended periods of time or transporting, please keep the candle upright and sealed in its original packaging at ambient temperatures between about 45°F to 85°F.

If exposed to cold or hot temperatures for extended periods of time, allow the candle to reach room temperature for at least 2-3 hours before use. Do not place candles in the refrigerator or freezer! Check out our Candle Care page for more information.

PRICING AND BILLING

In the USA, sales tax is determined by the delivery address and local and state laws. Applicable taxes & duties will be charged for deliveries to Canada.

ORDERS AND RETURNS

Not at this time. If you’d like to ship candles to multiple addresses, we recommend placing a separate order for each address.

Please notify customer service at 1-865-500-6920 immediately if you need to change quantities or cancel an item in your order. If you notify us 24 hours prior to your order shipping we will do our best to update your order before it is shipped.

Orders are typically processed within 24 -48 hours of order placement. Orders are shipped UPS/USPS Monday-Friday from our fulfillment center in Knoxville, Tennessee. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed on our next business day. Shipping during hot weather will be Monday-Wednesday for Standard Ground. This is to ensure your candles will not sit on a hot truck over the weekend.

Unique Nature is not responsible for shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to inclement weather, labor/postal strikes, or natural disasters.

When your order is complete, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link. Follow the instructions in the email to track your shipment using the tracking number. You can also log in to the site, if you created an account during checkout, and check on your order status in the order screen.

At this time, we ship within the United States and Canada.

For APO/FPO/DPO shipping addresses (if assigned), include the unit and box numbers. To prevent mail from entering foreign mail networks, do not include city or country names in APO/FPO/DPO shipping addresses.
