If for any reason you don’t love your unused candle, you can exchange it for another within seven (7) days of receiving your purchase, just ship it back to us in its original condition and packaging.

- You’ll receive a Return Authorization Number.
- Candles must be received by us in their original condition and packaging when returned. Please pack carefully.
- Returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number to receive an exchange.
Damaged in Shipping:
We do our best to ensure your candle arrives safely. In the unlikely event your candle arrives damaged, please email us at customercare@UniqueNature.com with your order number and a few photos of your damaged candle. We'll make it right by sending you a replacement completely free.
